God’s Plan to Expand You

He saw a man who had a paralyzed hand… He told the man, “Stretch out your hand.” So he stretched it out, and it was restored, as good as the other

(Matthew 12:10-13).

You have a destiny beyond your natural limitations. Worry, fear, and plaguing doubts confine you to narrow-mindedness and a paltry outlook on life. Believe what the Lord says you are and enter into God’s mansion of expansion prepared for you.

God’s plan to expand you involves warm-up exercises of your faith. Any runner knows the wisdom of stretching her muscles and joints to avoid injury and sheer agony during the first mile. If you skip the stretching, it's likely you won’t make it to the finish line.

How will God stretch you so you can expand? He will put you in situations where you have to make a choice. These choices will not be easy because they will require faith in God to make a way for you where there is no visible way. To see completion, you must stretch yourself to accommodate the new things, places, and relationships God is bringing into your life.

Jesus stretched out on a cross and died for you that you might live for Him. His love constrains you to extend your faith and lay down your life also. What is God doing in your life right now to stretch you to bless you?
