…a farmer who plants only a few seeds will get a small crop. But the one who plants generously will get a generous crop…. “For God loves a person who gives cheerfully.” And God will generously provide all you need (2 Corinthians 9:6-8 NLT).
Jesus planted a seed. He died, His loved ones buried Him, but on the third day, He came alive. Look at what that one seed, His life, accomplished; thousands upon thousands of people have received new life in Him. He did not die in vain. He did not give a little part of Himself; He gave all of Himself so that you and I could know Him and be like Him. God, the Father, planted His only begotten son and reaped a family of sons for all generations to come.
The power of the seed is remarkable. Within its small formation, its DNA contains the instructions to bear a bountiful harvest once released from the hand of the person into the groun
