Holding For the Word of Life Ministries

Holding Forth the Word of Life is a Kingdom Apostolic Ministry. We do not believe that we have been called “to go to church”; instead we believe that we are the church and that our focus and mission on the earth is to build the Kingdom of God. We do this by creating an infrastructure that can set captives free and by equipping the saints. Each and every individual has a Godly purpose and a calling on their life, but in order to attain this, one must become a true disciple of Christ.

HFWL has a local and global vision to see the government of God rule over the souls of men to bring forth the Kingdom of God on the earth. Jesus said that we must take up our cross and follow him. This is the definition of a true disciple. Disciples choose to submit to the Word of God and place a lot of emphasis on holiness. Disciples do not simply read the Word of God to prepare for bible study but they read and hear the word of God so that they can apply it to their own life. Disciples evolve into leaders and HFWL is a house of leadership.

Holding Forth the Word of Life is about bringing God’s divine government to the earth. We are a body composed of people of different age, race, gender, and backgrounds but we are committed to rearing mature sons and daughters of Christ by providing “whosoever will’’ with the Truth that sets men free. The ministry is based upon the five-fold ascension gifts of Jesus  Christ meaning that we have all gifts in operation and are lead by our Apostle, Linda Lariscy.

Ephesians 4:8-15 | Romans 1:1-6

Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain. Philippians 2:16

We Believe

We believe the Bible to be given by inspiration of the Holy Spirit, infallible, and God's revealed word to man.

 Ephesians 4:11, “And he gave some apostles, and some prophets, and some evangelist, and some pastors and teachers for the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ."

In the deity of our LordJesus Christ. (Col 2:9; John 20:28; Hebrews 1:8)

We believe in God the father, God the son & God the Holy Spirit. (Luke 3:22;

John 14:26; Acts 10:38)

We believe in the virgin birth of Jesus Christ, that He is the Son of God and the Son of Man, that He came to save man from condemnation of sin by offering His blood as an atonement and making it available to all who repent of their sin and exercise faith in Him (Matthew 1:23; Luke 1:31, 35; John 3:16; 1 Corinthians 15:3; 2 Corinthians 5:21).

Water baptism (Mark 16:16; Acts 2:38-41; Matthew 28:19-20)

The baptism of Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking with other tongues according to Acts 2:4, which is given to every believer that ask.

The Great Commission and discipleship (Matthew 28:18-20; Mark 16:15-20).

We believe in the redemptive work of Jesus Christ on the cross and His resurrection. (1 Peter 2:24; 1 John 4:10; Revelation 1:5; Col. 1:18; Romans 6:9)

We believe in the sanctifying power of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the disciple is enabled to live a holy life (Romans 8:5; Philippians 2:12, 13; 1 Thessalonians 4:3; 1 John 2:29).
